2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, it is a case of snatching a mobile along with Rs.5,000/- from the pocket of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that there is no recovery from the house or his conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner has no role in the said crime and he is in custody since 05.03.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Sheikhpura in connection with Ariyari P.S.
