2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No.572 of 2021, lodged on 01.09.2021 under Sections 366A, 370 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner has been earlier rejected vide order dated 28.07.2022 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 9015 of 2022.

3. In pursuance to the order dated 26.07.2023, a report has been received through letter No. 153/2023 dated 02.08.2023 which suggests that the trial of this case is likely to be concluded within 3 months.

4. In the present facts and circumstances, I am not

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 38/2022 arising out of Lakhisarai (Kabeiya) P.S. Case No. 572/2021 pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, -I-cum-Special Judge, SC/ST, Lakhisarai is hereby rejected.

6. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months.
