Perused the report of the Expert Committee of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.14860 of 2017(4) dt.08-03-2021 2/2 Doctors of the Patna Medical College & Hospital. The report of the Medical Board is kept on record. The present report tallies with the previous report.
In view of the above report, the Court does not find any merit in the writ application.
The writ application is dismissed as devoid of any merit.
