The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. From possession of co-accused Guddu Kumar, country made liquor was recovered. A four wheeler of the petitioner was parked thereat, hence, the petitioner is also under suspicion. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the
