2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, specific accusation of commission of assault is against co-accused Dhirendra Chauhan. Petitioner is alleged to have entered the house of informant and tried to outrage the modesty of his wife and also snatched ornaments.
4. It is submitted that both parties are agnates. There is land dispute pending between the parties. There is no allegation of specific overt act against this petitioner. Rest of the allegation is ornamental to make the case grave. Petitioner

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Gaya in connection with Khizarsarai (Sarbahda OP) P.S.
