The petitioner seeks bail in N.D.P.S. Case No. 02 of 2019 arising out of Brahampur (Chakki) P.S. Case No. 73 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 15(c) and 18(B)(C) of N.D.P.S. Act, 1985.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused merely on suspicion. Seizure list which is part of the First Information Report shows that ten plant of Afeem has been recovered from the land as mentioned in the seizure list. He further submits that petitioner has no concern with the aforesaid land.

Petitioner is in custody since 6.3.2019 having clean antecedent.

Buxar, in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 02 of 2019 arising out of Brahampur (Chakki) P.S.
