The petitioner seeks bail in Nabinagar P.S. case No. 57/2020 registered u/s 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

The police on secret information raided the Khalihan of Sadhu Singh and recovered 45.5 liters of country made liquor. The police got information that it was the petitioner who had kept the liquor in the Khalihan of Sadhu Singh. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not the owner of the liquor. Nobody has seen the petitioner keeping the liquor in the Khalihan of Sadhu Singh.
