The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.447 of 2019 arising out of Taraiya P.S. Case No. 84 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 302, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. By order dated 02.12.2019, the petitioner is directed to renew his prayer for bail after six months. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the coaccused has been granted bail in the present case. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
