Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

According to F.I.R., co-accused, Dilip Panjiyar and Pramod Yadav allegedly fired causing injury and death of the grandfather of the informant.

Submission is that some other named co-accused persons have either been allowed regular bail or anticipatory bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court, vide Annexure 3 series.

Considering the facts aforesaid, especially the fact that no overt act is alleged against the petitioner, let the

No.36656 of 2019(2) dt.18-06-2019 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Beldour Police Station Case No.132 of 2014, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
