JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 28-04-2022 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to convert this application in an appeal under Section 14A of the Scheduled Caste and the Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Permission is granted.

He may do so within two weeks from today.

Two copies of the amended memo of appeal shall be served on Mr. Sadanand Paswan, learned Spl.P.P. who generally represents in the cases under this Act.
