This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Nagar P.S. Case No.252 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Earlier, this Court vide order dated 07.11.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.71491 of 2023 has dismissed the bail application of the petitioner. The order dated 07.11.2023 reads as under:- "Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Lalan Kumar, learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nagar P.S. Case No. 252 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of three country made pistol and five cartridges from the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 26.05.2023 and is accused in 10 cases.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the criminal antecedent and recovery, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the application stands dismissed. 8.

The District Judge, Begusarai is directed to get the trial of all the cases registered against the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest. 9.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Judge, Begusarai and the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai for its compliance through FAX or e-mail forthwith."

I see no reason to review my earlier order dated 07.11.2023. Accordingly, this regular bail application is dismissed. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest as directed in earlier order dated 07.11.2023.
