JUSTICE PRAKASH CHANDRA JAISWAL ORAL ORDER 28-11-2018 Vide the aforesaid petition, the petitioners have prayed for extension of further four weeks' time to surrender before the learned lower court with the case that vide order dated 15.06.2017 this court has granted anticipatory bail to them but as they are rustic village people and are residing at Delhi in connection with their livelihood and they were informed by the Advocate's Clerk that they have been allowed bail by this court but as the Advocate's Clerk did not inform about further process of furnishing bail bond by them in the lower court, the same could not be furnished earlier. On regression to the village and on reaching out to their learned counsel petitioners have been informed by his learned counsel to furnish the bail bond in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67314 of 2018(2) dt.28-11-2018 2/2 learned lower court. There is no deliberate and intentional laches on the part of the petitioners in not furnishing the bail bond within the period fixed by this Court.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, four weeks further time is granted to the petitioners to surrender before the learned lower court from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
