The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Madhoura P.S. Case No. 19 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 30/ 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery has been made from the Bolero vehicle and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned counsel below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each

No.33211 of 2019(2) dt.20-05-2019 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge-VI, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Madhoura P.S.
