The petitioner seeks bail in Brahampura P.S. Case No.34 of 2020, registered under Sections 25(1-b)A, 25(1-b)AA, 25(1-b)AAA, 25(1-b)2, 26/35 of the Arms Act and under Sections 30(a) and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The police on secret information apprehended the petitioner and others. From possession of the petitioner, 80 cartridges were recovered. One bottle wine was also recovered from the rental house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 06.02.2020 for recovery of 80 cartridges. The petitioner has remained in jail for about ten months and he has got no criminal antecedent.

No.31494 of 2020(2) dt.01-12-2020 2/2 Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, petitioner, namely, Ravi Pandey is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Brahampura P.S. Case No.34 of 2020.
