JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-06-2022 The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that an appeal has been filed before the Collector, Rohtas at Sasaram against the final order passed by the Circle Officer, Karagahar, District-Rohtas dated 14.5.2022 (Annexure-4 to the present petition) in Encroachment Case No. 31/2122, however, the same is not being heard. The learned counsel for the RespondentState has submitted that in case, an appeal has been filed before the Collector, Rohtas at Sasaram, the same shall definitely be taken up for hearing

Patna High Court CWJC No.8620 of 2022(2) dt.30-06-2022 2/2 and disposed of, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Collector, Rohtas at Sasaram to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner by passing appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks of receipt / production of a copy of this order. Till then, it is directed that status quo, existing as on today, shall be maintained.
