====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-11-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

2. This writ application has been filed for payment of arrears of difference of pay of the petitioner between 01.01.2006 to 31.12.2010 and also pay the revised retirement benefit according to calculation of the enhanced pay.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in

Patna High Court CWJC No.8461 of 2024(2) dt.28-11-2024 2/2 this regard, he has filed detailed representation before the respondent no. 4 / District Programme Officer (Establishment), Patna on 08.04.2024, but till date no action has been taken on his representation.

4. Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to concerned respondent to dispose of the representation, which is said to have been filed on 08.04.2024, after hearing the parties in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. Upon examination of the claim of the petitioner, if any admissible dues is found payable to the petitioner, the same shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of passing of order by the concerned authority.

5. With above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
