2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of the writ Court dated 28.07.2014 passed in CWJC No. 14365 of 2008.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of OP No. 4, Annexure-A whereof being letter no. 457 dated 21.03.2019 discloses that a final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of the writ Court stands complied with.

4. In the above view of the matter, this Court is satisfied

5.
