2. With the consent of all the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at the present stage itself.
3. The petitioner in the present writ application has prayed for the grant of following reliefs:- (i) To issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to create, reserve and thereby appoint one Programme Coordinator (Senior Scientist and Head) of the Krishi Vigyan Kendra from Schedule Tribe
2/4 Category (ST) out of five unreserved category advertised in the Advertisement No. 02/2017/DRPCAU, Pusa dated 04. 12 2017 for the post of the same.
(ii) To issue the writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider his candidature for the post of Programme Coordinator or Senior Scientist-cum-Head of a Krishi Vigyan Kendra in the Respondent University as the petitioner is the applicant in the Advertisement No. 02/2017/DRPCAU, Pusa dated 04.12.2017 against the vacancy for the post of Programme Coordinator (Senior Scientist and Head) in the Krishi Vigyan Kendra under the Respondent University under reserved category of Schedule Tribe.
(iii) For the issuance of any other appropriate writ/(s)/order/(s)/direction/ (s) for which the petitioner is found entitled for in the present facts and circumstances of the case by this Hon'ble Court.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for seeking the reliefs as claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioner is prepared to file a detailed representation before the Vice Chancellor, Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural
3/4 University, Pusa, Samastipur (Respondent No. 2) and he further prays that if such a representation is filed, the same may directed to be considered on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further prays that time frame may kindly be fixed within which respondent no. 2 should be directed to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner.
5. To this prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent-University and learned counsel for the RespondentState do not have any objection.

Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a a detailed representation before the Vice Chancellor, Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University, Pusa, Samastipur (Respondent No. 2) within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If such a representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be heard and disposed of on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The entire exercise must be carried out within a period of six months from the date of filing of the representation
4/4 by the petitioner. Needless to emphasize that the final order which shall be passed by the Respondent No. 2 should be a reasoned and speaking order.
7. With the aforesaid observation, direction and liberty granted, this writ application is disposed of. All pending Interlocutory Applications, if any shall stand disposed of. (Alok Kumar Sinha, J) Gaurav Sinha/- U
