Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The daughter of the informant is said to have been killed by the petitioner in association of his family members on non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

She has been falsely implicated in this case as she is the mother-in-law of the deceased. As a matter of fact, the deceased was depressed much as since the marriage she used to sit idle in the room without any talk with in-laws or in-mates of the house and lastly she committed suicide. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. She has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Darbhanga Sadar P.S. Case No. 69 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
