1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):-
Patna High Court CWJC No.8821 of 2016(3) dt.03-10-2024 2/2 "1(i) To issue an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ/writs, order/orders, or direction/directions for commanding the Respondents to provide protection to the Petitioner, qua his life and properties and to prohibit and oust the unlawful elements, who have forcibly grabbed and occupied the land of the Petitioner."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The writ petition stands dismissed.
