The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No.167 of 2018 registered under Sections 363 365A and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the delay in institution of the FIR as also the specific allegation made against the son of the petitioners that he enticed away the daughter of the informant, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with
