JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-10-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(i) For commanding the respondents to immediately make payment of exgratia amount of Rs. 4,00,000/- (Rupees four lacs) to the petitioner in accordance with the Notification No. 1418, dated 17.04.2015 of the State Government and circular contained in letter No. 1973, dated 26.05.2015 (Annexure-3), on account of death, due to pre-term delivery, of the newly born female child of the petitioner on 26.04.2015 at the clinic of Dr. P.N. Jha Tektar, caused due to

Patna High Court CWJC No.9093 of 2016(3) dt.03-10-2024 2/2 havoc of earthquake, which took place on 25.04.2015."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Darbhanga for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
