The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegedly, one country-made pistol and three live cartridges are recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 29-09-2018. Charge sheet has already been submitted. One country-made pistol and three live cartridges are alleged to have been recovered. No looted article is alleged to have been recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Patna City, Distt. Patna in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 376 of 2018. (Sudhir Singh, J) A.K.V.//- U T
