The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lakhisarai (Amhara) P.S. Case No. 153 of 2021 registered under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is specific allegation against the co-accused Golu Kumar. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
