2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sikty P.S. Case No. 43 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(1), 191(2), 109, 303(2), 118(1), 352, 351(2), 351(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita to which later on Section 103(2) of the BNS was added.

3. The petitioners are not named in the FIR. Subsequently, an application was filed by the informant's son naming the petitioners.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31051 of 2025(2) dt.15-05-2025 2/2 this case. The petitioners are not named in the FIR. The petitioners are in custody since 01.03.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Araria/ concerned Court in connection with Sikty P.S.
