2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jokihat PS Case No. 314 of 2025, instituted for the offence under Section 103(1) of the B.N.S.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he stabbed one Subhan on his chest, stomach and waist five to seven times, and the victim succumbed to his injuries.

4. Considering that the post-mortem report supports the allegation and the petitioner has been in custody since 22.09.2025, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. It is
