Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to direction of this Court, the petitioner filed appeal before the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority, Gopalganj but since the Authority was not functioning, the appeal of the petitioner was pending, therefore, petitioner filed the present writ application.

He further submits that at present the Appellate Authority has started functioning and the Presiding Officer is also present. 4.

Considering the aforesaid submission, the petitioner is directed to pursue Appeal No.98/2016 and the District Teacher Appellate Authority, Gopalganj is directed to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months.

With the aforesaid observation, the present writ application is hereby disposed of.
