2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 137(2) 87 of the BNS.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.
4. During the course of investigation, victim has given her statement under Section 180 of BNSS wherein she has stated that her family members for fixing her marriage somewhere else and she was being subjected to cruelty as she

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the victim was having relation with Badal Kumar and she had fled away with Badal Kumar twice for which informant had lodged FIR two times against the said Badal Kumar vide Barh P.S. Case Nos. 210 of 2024 and 251 of 2024. Despite she fled away with Badal Kumar again. It is further submitted that from the statement of the victim, it is clear that she has left her house with Badal Kumar. She has also stated in her statement recorded under Section 180 of the BNSS that this petitioner met her while she was going with Badal Kumar. The main thrust of allegation is against Badal Kumar. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 24.02.2025.
6. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 141 of 2025 on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31309 of 2025(2) dt.21-05-2025 3/3 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-1st, Barh.
