The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2018.
It is a case of recovery of liquor from the house of the petitioners.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners have clean antecedents.
Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33180 of 2022(2) dt.16-09-2022 2/2 After considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
