2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 21.9.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34432 of 2023 by this Court with a direction to trial court to expedite the trial and conclude the soon as soon as possible.

3. In compliance of order dated 20.6.2024, a progress report dated 22.6.2024 has been received from which it appears that only four charge-sheeted witness are yet to be examined and it will take eleven months to conclude the trial.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39937 of 2024(3) dt.20-07-2024 2/2 trial has not been concluded as yet and also there is no hope to conclude the trial in near future. He further submits that petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 29.11.2022.

6. There is no new ground. In that view of the matter, this application stands disposed off.

7. The learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months positively, failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) sushma/- U
