2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 656 of 2022, instituted under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. From the reading of the FIR, the petitioner is a married nanad of the deceased staying in Uttar Pradesh with her family.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35554 of 2024(4) dt.27-09-2024 2/2 anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
5. In view of the above, this application is allowed.
6. Accordingly, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 656 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Ranjeet/- U T
