2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has informed him that he will file a detail representation before the Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation (respondent no.3).

3. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, if the petitioner files a detail representation before the respondent no.3 (the Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation) along with all the documents relating to payment

Patna High Court CWJC No.7823 of 2023(2) dt.22-08-2023 2/2 of retiral dues as well as the relevant circular for the said purpose, the respondent no.3 (the Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation) is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of its filing in accordance with law on the basis of governing circulars and the service condition rules of the Municipal Corporation relating to its employees and make payment of the entire admissible retiral dues to the petitioner within the aforesaid period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

4. With the above observation/direction, the preset writ petition is disposed of.
