2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 325, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is said to have brutally assaulted the informant and his son by means of rod with intention to kill them due to which they sustained injury on their respective heads.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. He submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of this application.

5. Learned APP for the State opposing the prayer for bail submits that the nature of injuries of the informant and his son are grievous in nature cause by hard and blunt substance.

6. Considering the nature of injury, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 06 of 2023.
