2. This writ application has been filed for issuance of a direction to the respondent authorities to discharge their legal obligation to execute the order dated 21.06.2013 passed by respondent No. 3 in Land Dispute Case No. 214 of 2012.
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of the writ application granting liberty to the petitioner to move before the competent authority under Section 15 of the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009.
4. Considering the submission made behalf of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.6398 of 2015(3) dt.10-10-2023 2/2 petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that, in the event such representation is filed, the authority concerned is directed to dispose of the same preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representation.
5. With the above observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
