====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-08-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That the present writ petition is being filed on behalf of the petitioners for issuance of a writ/writs in the nature of a writ of Mandamus commanding the respondents to restrain themselves from making construction of "Anganwadi

Patna High Court CWJC No.6211 of 2015(4) dt.14-08-2024 2/2 Bhawan" over the flank of public road in Khesra No. 1423, Khata No. 239, going from Bhavarua to Lohargama in violation of Hon'ble Court's orders and directions to avoid such constructions on road flanks and for further order/orders, direction/directions to the respondents to remove and/or shift that construction to any other place." 2.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the District Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
