====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-12-2020 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Marauna P. S. Case No. 20 of 2020 dated 05.02.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the husband of the deceased is in custody and the husband of the petitioner has been granted bail by the court below.

The petitioner being the mother-in-law is in custody since 08.02.2020.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31381 of 2020(2) dt.02-12-2020 2/2 Nothing specific has been alleged against her. Regard being had to all these facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Marauna P. S. Case No. 20 of 2020.

The petition stands allowed.
