Patna High Court CWJC No.19504 of 2016 dt.07-08-2019 2/3 counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the instant application has been filed for commanding the respondents to pay to the petitioner his post retiral benefits along with interest thereon, arrears of salary and for other dues mentioned in paragraph no. 1 of the application. The petitioner retied on 31.03.2015 as Treasure Guard from the Bihar State Construction Corporation Ltd. As a result of death of the petitioner during pendency of this application, he was substituted by his legal heirs.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that matters of similar nature had travelled to the Apex Court in SLP No. 16159 of 2017 wherein it has been observed that in view of the action taken by the State Government with respect to the employees of the various Corporations, nothing further requires to be done and the Special Leave Petitions were disposed of. It is further submitted that similar writ applications like C.W.J.C. No. 7161 of 2017 have been disposed of by a coordinate Bench of this court in terms of the order passed by the Apex Court. It is prayed that this application may also be disposed off in the aforesaid terms.

Learned counsel appearing for the State, having gone
