Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Vibhutipur P.S.Case No.198 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A)/120(b), 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners and other accused persons is of kidnapping of the minor daughter of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that except suspicion there is nothing against the petitioner .

Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that the girl has not been recovered. . Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist class, Rosera, District Samastipur in connection with Vibhutipur P.S.Case no.198 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that they will appear before the I.O. as and when required, otherwise the prosecution is at liberty to move for cancellation of his bail bond.
