2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents to vacate the lands described in Para-3 of this application or acquire the same at the present rate as determined by the Land Acquisition Act."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the petition, the sole petitioner died and as such, liberty be granted to the heirs to file the petition afresh, is he/she/they so want.

4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
