No.56177 of 2018 stating that in the criminal miscellaneous petition by mistake the petitioner has mentioned the name of the court as the 'learned Additional District and Sessions Judge -IXth, Gaya' in place of the "learned Additional District & Sessions Judge VIIIth, Gaya" and due to that mistake it cropped up in the satisfaction portion order dated 10.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.56177 of 2018.

Heard learned APP.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances as stated above, order dated 10.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.56177 of 2018 is modified to the extent that in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72145 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 satisfaction portion, the words "learned Additional District & Sessions Judge VIIIth, Gaya" be read in place of the words 'learned Additional District & Sessions Judge -IXth, Gaya' and remaining parts of the order shall remain intact. Let this modified order be communicated to the court concerned at once.

With the aforesaid modification, this application is allowed.
