JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-01-2015 Petitioner being husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 29.05.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201 of the I.P.C and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after five years of marriage for non-fulfilment of dowry demand.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on conclusion of the investigation the chargesheet has been submitted under Sections 306, 201 of the I.P.C and consequently cognizance has also been taken under Section 306 of the I.P.C.
Considering the above facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36583 of 2014 (3) dt.30-01-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 81 of 2014.
