1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the petitioner prays for issuance of an appropriate Writ, preferably a Writ of Mandamus, for restraining the respondents from proceeding with the encroachment removal/eviction proceedings, following the Order/Judgment, passed in Encroachment Appeal No.12/05-06, by the District Magistrate, Saharsa on 30.3.2015."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks

Patna High Court CWJC No.6900 of 2015(3) dt.14-08-2024 2/2 liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Administrator, Bihar State Road Transport Corporation, Patna/appropriate authority for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
