JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-02-2019 Learned counsel for the opposite party submits that he is agreeable to transfer of the case from the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur to Purnea provided that petitioner undertakes that they will not cause any physical or otherwise injury to the opposite party if he attends the Family Court at Purnea.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court direct the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur to transfer the record of Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 139 of 2015 to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Purnea within a period of one month from today.

The transferee court, i.e. Principal Judge, Family Court, Purnea shall dispose of Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No.

Patna High Court MJC No.3783 of 2017(6) dt.25-02-2019 2/2 139 of 2015 within a period of six months.
