The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pipariya P.S. Case No. 16 of 2022 for the offence registered under Sections 323, 325, 379, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On the last occasion, case diary was called for on 23.11.2022 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court which has since been received.

Learned APP for the State has taken this Court to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32988 of 2022(3) dt.30-01-2023 2/2 injury report of Hare Ram Singh which shows that both his hands, right leg and also the ribs of the chest were broken. Considering the kind of allegation that has come in the injury report which is part of the case diary, this Court does not deem it fit and proper to extend them the privilege of anticipatory bail, which is accordingly rejected.
