JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH) 25-03-2022 Mr. Anand Kumar Ojha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with a liberty to prefer appeal against the impugned order dated 16.06.2021, whereby the petitioner's licence to run a PDS shop under Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 has been cancelled.

This application is permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty as sought. If any appeal is preferred within four weeks from today with an application seeking condonation of delay in
