The complaint was submitted by his wife alleging that he demanded certain amount. B.P.No.1416 of 2014 filed by the petitioner before the learned Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge, V, Saran at Chapra was dismissed on 22.08.2014.

Even from the F.I.R. it is not evident that any specific acts of physical violence were attributed to him. Hence, the application is allowed. The petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S.
