This Court deems it fit and appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent no. 3 by filing appropriate claim within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no. 3 shall take appropriate decision regarding the aforesaid issue within a period of eight weeks thereafter and
