The petitioner seeks bail in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 323, 307, 379, 385, 504, 506 of the IPC.

Earlier the application for anticipatory bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 23.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.66784/2023 on the ground of criminal antecedent of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR. There is allegation against the petitioner to assault the informant by lathi, upon his protest to pay extortion money but the injury is simple in nature. The petitioner has

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and the custody of the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/the Successor Court, in connection with Harnaut (Telmar O.P.)
