For issuance of an appropriate Writ/writs, Order/orders, Direction/Directions, in the Nature of CERTIORARI for quashing the order dated 09.03.2015, passed by Sri. Rajendra Das, the Learned Munsif, Khagaria whereby and whereunder, the learned Court below has refused to recall the order dated 15.9.2014 and thereby refused to accept the written statement filed by the Petitioners-defendants."

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has, at the outset, submitted that the present petition has been rendered infructuous, during the interregnum period, hence, the

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
