The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 99 of 2018 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioners is that they have committed Mar-pit with the wife and daughter of the informant.
Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner have no criminal antecedent. Two title suits were filed by the parties in connection with certain landed property which were decided in favour of the petitioners.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners, above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68397 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Buxar in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 99 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
